Although this is a costly choice for your home it is also one of only a few robot vacuums that can empty its dustbin and then continue to work. The i7+ includes the vacuum as well as the Clean Base, where dustbin loads can be stored. Although a cheaper i7 vacuum can be purchased on its own, it will not work with the Clean Base. The Clean Base's bags can hold 30 bags of debris before you need a replacement. This allows you to go long periods without having to clean up after your vacuum. It is important to remember that although the Clean Base's disposal process is very convenient, it can also be quite loud. This is why pet owners find it so difficult to keep their pets clean. The vacuum will stop working if it is clogged with poofy fur. The vacuum can still clean up after fluffy pets if it can empty itself. To keep your home clean, the filter traps 99 percent of pet allergens. The vacuum will automatically charge itself if it runs low on juice. It will return to full charge and continue its work. This makes it one the best robot vacuums for pets, as it will collect all the fur in your home. The advanced mapping capabilities of this device allow it to map your home and identify rooms. You can simply ask the iRobot HOME application to control the cleaning of a certain room or to ignore a particular area. It can also be controlled using Google Assistant or Alexa. It can also be placed in any room after it has mapped it. Pros: Empties its dustbin

Best budget: iLife V3s Pro

Source: iLife

The iLife V3s Pro robot vacuum is a reliable option for pet hair removal. The iLife V3s Pro is the most affordable option, but it still has a good battery life of up to 100 minutes. It isn't quite as advanced as higher-end units, however. For example, it cannot map rooms or work with smart home assistants and has an app that can control it. There are buttons on the vacuum that can be used to operate it, as well as a remote control. This vacuum is designed to clean hardwood floors and low-pile carpet floors. It doesn't use brushes. It is brush-less, which allows it to pick through a lot of fur without any individual hairs getting trapped in the bristles. It automatically charges itself when it runs out of juice. If it runs out of juice while it is cleaning, it will not pick up the work it started. Scheduling cleaning times when there is little or no foot traffic is the best way to get rid fur bunnies. You can then use the spot cleaning feature to make the vacuum go after areas that are more messy. To keep your robot vacuum in good working order, you will need to clean the filter and dustbin every so often. The pros: It's inexpensive

It can take up to 100 minutes

Remote Cons: No Recharge and Resume feature

It can run for up to 140 minutes before it needs to recharge and has a HEPA filter that traps 99.7% of pet allergens. This will reduce the amount of sneezing you have in your home. This vacuum doesn't map rooms like other devices and can be controlled by a smartphone. The vacuum comes with a remote control that you can use to program the vacuum to run on a seven-day schedule. Source: Roborock

We found out that the Roborock S6 can work for up to 180 minutes, and it has the longest battery life among all the devices. This means that it can clean large areas and lasts for long periods of time. It does have a small dustbin so it will need to be emptied often, especially if there is a long-haired pet in the house. You can control the unit in several ways. Roborock S6 can also be used to mop hard floors. Attach the mop to your bottom. The mop leaves your floors dry so there is no need to worry about water damage. You should be aware that the unit can't detect carpets in mop mode. It might be necessary to move the unit to ensure it cleans all areas. This unit offers five cleaning modes: quiet, mopping turbo, turbo, max. It's suitable for both hard floors and carpets with low to medium piles. This unit is more intelligent than other models. It can detect obstacles and ledges, which will keep it from falling down or causing damage to your home. The device can also map your home for a thorough cleaning. Best dustbin: ECOVACS Deebot OZMO U2 Pro

Source: Rebecca Spear / Android Central

The size and capacity of the dustbin is one of my biggest concerns when looking for a robot vacuum. Sometimes, a vacuum can have a powerful suction but its inner refuse compartment is too small to make it work well on my carpets. You have to grab those disgusting furballs out of the dustbin using your finger. As we found out in our ECOVACS Deebot OZMO U2 Pro Review, this won't be a problem. This unit includes a brush that is tangle-free and two dustbins to help with pet hair removal. The one with a mop/vacuum compartment has the option of using the other as a vacuum. However, the large 0.8-liter dustbin is only for vacuuming. The extra-large dustbin's clamshell design means that it can open wide enough to allow pet hairs to fall into the dumpster. The U2 Pro isn’t perfect. Although an app can control it it doesn’t map your home or use random cleaning so your carpets don’t get perfect lines. It's still cheaper than other options and allows you to set up schedules and modify settings via the app. Pros: Extra-large 0.8-liter clamshell dustbin

Includes a "tangle-free brush"

It can take up to 150 minutes

Vacuums, mops

Uses app Cons: Doesn’t leave perfect vacuum lines

Your home doesn't need to be mapped

Best dustbin ECOVACS Deebot U2 Pro Large clamshell dustbin. The U2 Pro's extra large dustbin makes it much easier to get rid of those clumps. This dustbin is ideal for collecting large fur balls. Amazon: $250

Neato Botvac D6 is the best for corners

Source: Neato Robotics

If you have pets, you will know how fur can gather in corners of your house. If you look around, you'll see that most robot vacuums have a circular shape. The Neato Botvac D6 however has a flat edge. It can reach into the corners of baseboards to collect fur balls and other litter more efficiently. The dustbin can hold 700mL, which is slightly more than the average. This unit won't tell you when the dustbin is full so it's important to watch out for it. The brush is extra large to pick up pet hairs and other litter. This device also lasts longer than other models. The device can clean for as long as 120 minutes without needing to be recharged. This model is one of the most intelligent, with Wi-Fi connectivity and laser sensors. It also features floor mapping. It can detect obstacles and avoid getting snagged on random objects. You can control it using Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant, Apple Watch, and the Neato app. This robot vacuum is definitely more expensive than other models. It's still a very affordable price, especially considering the many conveniences it provides. Pros: Large-than-average dustbin

Floor mapping

It can take up to 120 minutes

Wi-Fi connected

Uses Alexa and Google Assistant. Cons: Expensive

It doesn't tell you whether your dustbin is full

Although robot vacuums may not be the most quiet vacuums in the world, they are vacuums nonetheless. Some have a quiet mode to make them less noisy. RoboVac 11S Max is a great choice if your children are asleep or you don't want to scare your four-legged friend. The RoboVac 11S MAX's quiet mode is the best, but still has the power to clean up all the pet hair. You can clean large areas in one sweep, which takes up to 100 minutes. This is the tradeoff. This means it may wander around less than other vacuums. The vacuum still cleans well and has 10 infrared sensors that can detect obstacles and ledges. Best dirt detection: iRobot Roomba 981

Source: iRobot

Your pet will often bring dirt and dust with him when he comes in from outside. It can be difficult to keep your cat's litter box clean as they can track it all around. High-traffic areas such as your kitchen or entryway can become very filthy. The iRobot Roomba 91 is a great option to get in close to these messes and do a thorough clean. It uses Dirt Detect Technology to locate and focus on the dirty areas. Although the device is expensive, it offers many advanced features that make it worth the price. It has Wi-Fi built in, so you can control the device using the app, or voice commands to smart home assistants like Alexa and Google Assistant. It can also map your home so that it vacuums in an orderly manner and not just zooming to one location. The app allows you to set the time when the device should clean. It's not the most quiet device, but it isn't loudest. It will make some noise when it runs at its highest setting. It doesn't include a remote control. To control it, you will need to rely solely on your smartphone. It will depend on what you prefer. This vacuum can be used to help you pinpoint dirty areas. Pros: Dirt Detect technology

Roborock S7 is the best auto-empty dock

Source: Rebecca Spear / Android Central

Although I don't know if your pets shed as much, my cat and dog both shed a lot, so my robot vacuum dustbin is stuffed with fur every day. The dusty mess that is created by manually emptying the vacuum can cause me severe allergies. This doesn't happen when I use a robot vacuum that has an automatic empty station. The Roborock's S7 self-emptying dock is my favorite. As all Roborock vacuums, the vacuum is amazing. The vacuum cleans in a back-and-forth fashion. You can set up no go zones and features mopping. When the battery runs out or the cleaning session is over, the unit returns to dock and all the debris it has collected gets sucked into the bag. It is only necessary to empty the bag every few weeks. The bag seals when it is pulled out from the dock. So no allergy attacks. If you only want the S7 and the station, the Auto-Empty Dock is available separately. If you need both, the Roborock S7+ will be your best choice. The pros: Cleans in clean rows

Compatible auto-empty station

Uses Alexa and Google Assistant

Mapping Cons: Expensive
