According to ChargerLAB testing, the iPhone 13 Pro Max can charge at speeds up to 27W, despite not being advertised by Apple. The iPhone 12 Pro Max can charge at around 21W to 22W with an equivalent power adapter.
It is worth noting, however, that the iPhone 13 Pro Max cannot sustain peak 27W power during the entire charging cycle. However, the overall charge should be slightly faster than the iPhone 12 Pro Max.

We are unsure if the smaller iPhone 13 Pro can also charge at speeds of up to 27W. ChargerLAB has been contacted and we will update this story if they respond. According to Weibo, the standard iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 min are restricted to charging at roughly the same speeds as the iPhone 12 models.
Apple no longer ships a charger with its new iPhones. However, it does sell a $30-per-hour USB-C adapter for iPhone 13 Pro Max users who need to quickly charge their iPhone 13 Pro Max.
