According to a new book written by Stephanie Grisham, former White House Press Secretary Stephanie Grisham, Russian President Vladimir Putin hired a beautiful female interpreter to "distract” President Donald Trump during a G20 summit.
According to excerpts from the book, published in The New York Times, Grisham's memoir, "I Will Take Your Questions Now," describes the meeting between Trump, Putin, and their conversation at the 2019 G20 summit.
Grisham was reported to have pointed out how Putin tried to throw Trump off balance during a meeting between the leaders.

"She told me that she believed the woman was being selected by Putin to distract our president."
