ASU Students Harassed at Multicultural Center over Being White, Supporting Police

According to reports, two white students at Arizona State University were subjected to harassment at the school's multicultural center because of their race and support for the police.
The incident is captured on video. It shows two black students trying to get the attention of two white students by forcing them to leave. They claim they are making the space uncomfortable because of their whiteness and pro-police stickers.

One of the white students asked, "What did I do wrong?"

One student of color said that the sticker from the police on his laptop, "Police lives Matter" was offensive.

The student continued, "You're making this space uncomfortable."

Another white student complained that the group made him feel uncomfortable. To which, someone in the group responded, "But youre white!" Are you able to understand the concept of a multicultural space? This means you are not being central.

The student asked if whites are a culture.

No! Another student in the group said that white is not a culture. This white man believes he can take over our space. We need multicultural space because they believe they can.

This is the only place you aren't centered, and youre still trying center yourself. Another student said it.

These students will be expelled if they harass a peer on the basis of his race. https://t.co/qDJYrZhZHn Blake Masters (@bgmasters) September 24, 2021

Paul Gosar, a Republican from Arizona, called upon Michael Crow, the president of ASU to address the racist attack on peaceful students who were sat at a table doing their business while they ate.

He said that these buildings are funded by federal and state money. All students, including those of color, are eligible to use them. This is a shame.

@ASU and @michaelcrow need to address this racist attack on peaceful students who are sat at a table doing their business.

These buildings are funded by state and federal money. These buildings are available to all students, including those of color. This is unacceptable. https://t.co/Xxh7cXGXUW Paul Gosar (@DrPaulGosar) September 24, 2021

GoFundMe has apparently taken down a fundraising page set up for the students who were being harassed. The Daily Caller was informed by a fundraiser set up by the owner of the Libs of Tik Tok twitter account that had received nearly $3,000 in donations from close to 150 donors before it was taken down.

GoFundMe informed the Libs of Tik Tok administrators that the fundraiser was against their policy of prohibited conduct and that all funds would go back to the original donors.

Fundraising that involves gambling, drugs or fraud, campaigns, pornography and other illegal activities is prohibited by the site's prohibited conduct section. GoFundMe also bans any content found to support hate, violence harassment bullying discrimination, terror or intolerance.
