Indianapolis Colts' Carson Wentz returns to practice after two sprained ankles

Carson Wentz, the Indianapolis Colts quarterback, was injured in Sunday's match against Los Angeles Rams. He returned to practice on Friday.
Wentz's status for Sunday's game against the Tennessee Titans is still up in the air. Wentz took to the practice field with his ankles taped.

His right ankle was injured with just eight minutes remaining in the 27-24 loss to Rams. He had already injured his left ankle in the first half.

Through the first two games, Wentz has been 45-of-69 and has 498 yards and three touchdowns. He also had an interception. He has been sacked six more times, and also was hit 21 times in those games.

Since entering the NFL in 2016, Wentz has only played one full season since he was drafted No. 2nd overall draft pick in 2016.

If Wentz is not available, Jacob Eason, second-year quarterback, will take the field against the Titans (1-1).
