After three days in orbit, the Dragon spacecraft carrying SpaceX's Inspiration4 mission crashed into the Atlantic Ocean on 18 September. The flight, which was funded by Jared Isaacman, was the first ever to be paid for by the government. The flight was, according to all accounts, a huge success. However, some people have complained that it wasn't like most other successful flights.
