Zac Rinaldo finds out the NHL isn’t screwing around

It's easy to lose track of the good news and get overwhelmed by the volume of it all. You need to find the lightbulb moments. One of those times is Zac Rinaldo, a world-class dipshit who was told by an NHL team to get fucked off and then sent straight to the minors as he's an anti-vax giblet.

Forward Zac Rinaldo was not vaccinated. We signed a two-way deal with him this summer. Team president John Davison said Tuesday that he would start him in the American Hockey League. He will not be attending our training camp.

It seems that Zack, who signed an August one-year, two way deal, thought it would be a great idea to speak at the anti-vax passport rally for morons. This is a fascinating look for a player who was contracted to a team. The team just fired a coach because he wasn't vaccinated. Rinaldo was apparently not paying attention and can now look forward to a season riding the buses in AHL to and fro from Cleveland.

It is not difficult to tell a Rinaldo player to get fucked off. He is a complete waste of time on the ice and a total detriment to it. It is possible to wonder what they would have done if Patrilk Laine had not been vaccinated. But it wouldn't matter because Laine rarely comes within six feet from anyone. It is also curious to note that Rinaldo was sent by the AHL camp as if he were any less an incubus. Hockey isn't the only one who thinks minor league players can be disposable.

It's a positive sign for Columbus and the league. This is especially true since there was rumour last year that Pierre-Luc Dubois, the star center, wanted to leave town and travel to Winnipeg to do so. However, it was also rumored that the dressing room was crowded with MAGA chudheads that was alarmingly unattractive. It doesn't matter if that was the case or not, the league is clearly taking a strong stance against that horseshit ethos.

This has been a difficult issue for the NHL, which doesn't have a mandate but does have a mandate. The life of players who don't get vaccinated will be much more difficult than that of those who do. Bill Daly, deputy commissioner, claims that 98% of players will have been vaccinated by the beginning of the season. For example, players who have not been vaccinated won't be exempted from travel restrictions between Canada and the U.S. Players who have not been vaccinated must quarantine after returning home. Teams can also suspend or refuse to pay players who are unable to attend practice and games while they are quarantining.

The league would be a better place if Rinaldo was not a danger to players. He and his fellow keepers of the game from progressing are no threat to the league. It is even more sweeter that he was able to get his hands on his head due to his own stupidity. Let me summarize it for Sean, my friend.
