You thought that the WWE would have the Undertaker retire last year, but the leagues' wrestlers wouldn't feel his steel-like, leather-clad hand on their throats. Big E, Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston, the trio better known as t he New Day, will be at the wrestling legends un- tender mercies with Escape the Undertaker. The interactive horror special is coming to Netflix.

You'll notice that the term horror is used loosely in the trailer.
It looks absurd, and that is not a bad thing. New Day seems to be trying to get the Undertakers magic Urn, and the Undertaker appears to have made his house into a collection of deathtraps in case anyone ever visits. This is especially true considering that the urn was $14.99 at a Home Goods shop.
The WWE and Netflix know Escape the Undertaker's absurdity, as do Big E, Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston. But the Undertaker's fate is anybody's guess. Netflix's official synopsis is available on its YouTube page. It asks: Can the New Day survive the Undertakers spooky mansion surprises? Nobody uses the term spooky anymore to describe anything frightening.
This is also a great place to receive an interactive Netflix treatment. If you have watched one before, such as Black Mirror: Bandersnatch, the various Bear Grylls adventures, or its many, many kid offerings, you know theyre just choose-your-own-adventures you control with your remote or touchpad or whatever youre watching on. On October 5, Escape the Undertaker will premiere on Netflix. You'll be able to choose whether Big E, Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston are alive or dead.
