Gabby Petito's fiancé, Brian Laundrie, is believed to have been the last person to see her alive. Someone believes they may have spotted him 500 miles away from his Florida home.
Sam Bass claims that a man matching Brian's description was spotted on his trail camera in Baker, FL at dawn Monday morning... and he has alerted authorities.
Bass' deer camera footage of a man carrying a backpack while trekking through the woods shows him. He is most likely to be Laundrie, who was reported missing by his relatives after he was named as a person of concern in the disappearance Gabby.
People were quick to point out that Baker is approximately 450-500 mi from Laundrie’s North Port home -- which would be quite the journey on foot over four days. However, the Okaloosa County Sheriffs Office confirmed it was actively reviewing the footage... but no confirmation it's Brian.
People also noted that the backpack of the man is very similar to Laundrie's. His parents claimed that he took it with him on Friday while hiking and never returned.
We've already reported that the story of Gabby & Brian, who went on a cross-country journey this summer and documented it on social media, gained national attention after he returned home to Florida without Gabby on Sept. 1.

In mid-August, there was also a domestic dispute in Utah. However, the authorities released the couple without any charges or arrests. One 911 caller said that they witnessed Brian attacking Gabby and she then went missing.
FBI agents searched for evidence in Brian's Florida home and took several boxes with them. They raided the house on Monday.
