A press conference was planned for Tuesday by Brian Laundrie's attorney.
According to reports, Steven Bertolino (a lawyer) cancelled Monday's press conference after talking with the FBI.
Laundrie is an individual of interest in Gabby Petito's disappearance.

According to several outlets, the lawyer representing Brian Laundrie's family said that he will no longer hold a press conference Tuesday after speaking with the FBI.
Steven Bertolino originally scheduled a press conference for Tuesday, January 1, in Long Island (New York).
Bertolino didn't give any further details about the cancellation or his conversation to the FBI.
On Monday, Laundrie was searched by the FBI at her North Port, Florida home.
"The FBI executed a court-authorized search order today at the Laundrie home in North Port, FL that is relevant to the Gabrielle ‘Gabby’ Petito investigation," the FBI Tampa office tweeted Monday.
Petito's disappearance is being investigated by Laundrie who has been reported missing since Tuesday. Petito was reported missing by Laundrie on September 11th, after he returned to his family residence on September 1st without her.
Eileen Lehpamer, News12 reporter, tweeted that Bertolino stated there were no updates about Laundrie's position.
On Sunday, remains believed to be Petito's was discovered near Grand Teton National Park.
Laundrie remains missing. Authorities earlier Monday stated that they had exhausted all options to search the Carlton Reserve. He told his family that he was hiking before he vanished.
