Anthony Johnson, best known for his roles as "House Party" or "Friday", has passed away. TMZ has reported.
Johnson's nephew says that... A.J. Johnson was found dead in a Los Angeles store and was taken to the hospital. No cause of death has yet been revealed.
After landing the role of E.Z.E. in 1990, his career as an actor and comedian took off. In "House Party", and then continuing to stand-up in L.A.
He appeared in films such as "Lethal Weapon 3", "Menace II Society", and then he was cast in his breakthrough role of Ezal in "Friday" in 1995.
A.J. A.J. would appear in more than 50 films and TV series, including "Moesha," Martin," Malcolm & Eddie," and "I Got the Hook Up", its sequel. Johnson is also believed to have been cast in the role of "Last Friday."
Johnson was 55.
