A TikToker claimed that she picked up Brian Laundrie (the fianc of missing Gabby Petito), while he was alone hiking in Grand Teton National Park. This happened four days after Petito's family last heard back from her.

Miranda Baker posted a series TikTok videos on Friday that showed her picking up Laundrie from Grand Teton National Park, Wyoming, on August 29th at about 5:30pm.

He approached us and asked for a ride as he was going to Jackson that night. Baker says that he got in my Jeep and then hopped in. "He offered us $200 for a ride for 10 miles. That was kinda weird."

Baker was reportedly told by Laundrie that he had been camping for several days without his fianc, and that he was working on their social media pages back at their van.

Baker told Baker that Baker was driving to Jackson Hole, and Laundrie "freaked out". He asked Laundrie to pull over for him to get out of his car.

Baker stated that they dropped Baker off near Jackson Dam.

She said, "He stated he was going across the street to find a parking lot which was full of people to continue hitchhiking."

Baker also said that Laundrie told her, in another video, that he and Gabby were camping at an unregulated campground along Snake River.

She recalls that "He claimed he had hiked for many days along Snake River, but looking at his backpack, it wasn’t full," she said in the video. He said that all he had was a sleeping bag and a tarp. You would think that if you were camping for many days, you would need food and a tent. But he didn't have any of those.

Baker posted another video that outlined the entire route and dropped Laundrie off. A screenshot of the text message she sent to her mother after dropping him off was also posted by Baker.

Also, the TikToker stated that she spoke with police before publishing her videos. North Port spokesperson Joshua Taylor confirmed to The Independent that Baker had been contacted by authorities.

Petito vanished during a cross-country trip with Laundrie. He returned home alone, and refused to cooperate with authorities despite repeated pleas from his family.

According to Taylor, Laundrie has also gone missing since then. Taylor said that Laundrie's family had told police that he was missing since Tuesday.
