TMZ Sports reports that the criminal citation has been issued to the woman who appeared in the brutal altercation at the Steelers vs. Lions preseason match in August.
The spokesperson for the Pittsburgh Police Dept. We are told that after an investigation into the Aug. 21 melee, cops issued citations to the woman for disorderly conduct.
According to the spokesperson, the woman will now likely have to pay a penalty for the ticket.
A spokesperson said that no additional citations or charges were issued in the fight, but that an investigation is ongoing.
We reported that the fight took place during Steelers' win over Detroit at Heinz Field. As you can see, it was chaotic.
The clip shows the woman putting her face in front of a man who is seated one row behind her... before she finally slaps him.
The guy was a bit surprised by her physical touch. You can see that he then swing on her and the man next to her.
It is not clear what caused the entire thing... but other fans were able separate the combatants before it got worse.
