Biden twisted inside out as he claims people don't say 'tornado' anymore

Parts of President Joe Biden's Tuesday briefing on Hurricane Ida were lost, and the definition of a tornado was left unclear.
Biden visited New York City and New Jersey to see the destruction caused by Hurricane Ida. Biden discussed the effects of Hurricane Ida, as well other severe weather events across the country and their relationship to climate change.

Biden stated that he must ensure that no community is left behind at a New Jersey press conference.

Biden started to describe tornado damage to communities in the middle-of-the-country.

He spoke out about how the administration could assist in rebuilding communities after the storm.

"One of the questions that I want to ask you today is about how we build back. We're going back to building back realizing the current status of the climate and the trajectory of it. And we know we can't just rebuild to the past.
