Elon Musk Mocks Jeff Bezos’ Attempt to Develop Immortality Tech

Amazon founder Jeff Bezos and Blue Origin founder Jeff Bezos are reportedly investing millions in a mysterious anti-aging startup in Silicon Valley that is already drawing derision from Elon Musk, a billionaire space competitor.
Altos Labs is a startup that's looking at ways to reverse the aging process in human cells. This type of work is still very much in the early stages, but it has shown some promise.

Musk said that if it doesn't work, he's going to sue death!

While the beef stew between the two richest men on the planet has been simmering for months, it's the first time Musk has mocked Bezos for actions that are not related to space exploration.

Bezos's attempts to win favor with NASA and to be signed on as a second Human Landing Systems contractor (HLS), in addition to SpaceX, are becoming more desperate.

The space agencies were looking for funding to help develop a lunar lander capable to take US astronauts to the Moon.

To Bezos' great surprise, SpaceX emerged as sole winner. Blue Origin sued NASA last month over this decision. NASA suspended the entire program temporarily and Musk relentlessly raked his rival over the coals.

Musk tweeted late last month that Besos [sic] had retired to pursue a full time job in filing lawsuits against SpaceX. He was referring to Amazon's lawsuit to stop SpaceX from expanding its Starlink constellation.

Musk suggested even that SpaceX could zap [Bezos] on his head last week with our space lasers.

Musk suggested that he spend some money on actual lunar landing hardware instead of lobbyists in a separate tweet. This was after Musk tweeted that he had been informed by Blue Origin that former Amazon consultants were being paid to work for the Pentagon.

Now, it seems that the bickering between Musk and Bezos has gotten beyond the topic space exploration. Musk is not afraid to go below the belt and wants blood.

We will never know where the squabble will lead us or how it will impact NASA's efforts to return astronauts safely to the Moon.
