According to reports, a man from Canada was asked by staff at Dairy Queen to wear a mask when he became agitated and urinated at the counter.

CTV News reported the story first. According to reports, the incident occurred Saturday night at a Vancouver Island branch. Facebook posted a video of the incident.

The video shows the man arguing with staff about the restaurant's mask policy. The man, who is not known, shouted at Dairy Queen employees behind the counter, "You don't have a brain!"

He was asked by a worker to adhere to the rules. He told him that he wouldn't be served if he didn't wear a mask.

"What are the rules?" The man replied, before adding: "BC policy requires you to observe exceptions."

The staff member responded: "Sorry, but I don't want you to argue with me, we have customers backing you, and we want to help them."

After this conversation, the man began to swear and then appeared to undo his pants and take a sex break. As they watch the scene unfold, staff can be heard scream in horror.

CTV's Chris Manseau, Royal Canadian Mounted Police Sergeant, stated that this was the first instance of such a nature. He said, "I think people should just don their masks and be secure and polite."

Police have not yet made an arrest, but they are looking for anyone who has video of the incident.
