Daymond John believes that restaurants and retailers should be recruiting minors for job vacancies. He has harsh words to say to those who sit on the sidelines and are not willing to work.
The star of "Shark Tank", appeared on "TMZ Live"... praising businesses that hire 14- and 15-year olds in the food business.
He has solid points. Bill Gates and Steve Jobs learned their trade early before they took over the world. He claims that many teenagers and young adults aren't distracted from romance and are hardworking and eager to learn.
It would fill a void. There are more than a thousand job openings that remain unfilled due to various reasons. Daymond said that if adults aren't interested in filling the positions, they will be left behind because these children can do their jobs perfectly.
A McDonald's sign in Oregon read "Now Hiring 14 and 15-year-olds." A Burger King sign in Ohio stated, "Do you have a 14 or 15-year old?" Are They Looking for a Job? We will hire them! Texas chicken chain, Texas Chicken Chain, has promoted teenagers to managerial positions that pay more then $50k per year.
