On Thursday, objects, including a flare were thrown onto the pitch at Budapest
Fifa is investigating allegations of racial abuse against England players in the 4-0 victory over Hungary in Budapest as a World Cup qualifier.
Both Raheem Sterling & Jude Bellingham were targeted.
England condemned the abuse as "completely inacceptable".
Fans were allowed to enter the game on Thursday, despite Uefa's order that Hungary play three home matches behind closed doors because of discriminatory behavior.
The Uefa ban refers to acts of racism or discriminatory conduct that occurred during Euro 2020 in June.
Uefa manage World Cup qualifiers that involve European teams. Fifa can take action because they are competing.
Global governing bodies of the game are yet to receive reports from match officials or delegates attending the game. The event was marred by several incidents.
England's players were booed after they took a knee prior to the match in protest against racism. Juliette Ferrington, a BBC Radio 5 Live reporter, described the reactions of fans as "walls of noise".
She also spoke out about how racist chants were heard during matches and that Sterling was and Bellingham were the victims of abuse.
Sterling was attacked with bottles and paper cups during the second period when he opened scoring for England.
After Harry Maguire had given the visitors 3-0 lead, a flare was added to the pitch.
Gareth Southgate, England manager, was subject to ice from fans in his post-match interview on BBC Radio 5 Live. He stated that he hoped that the abuse would be "treated with the right manner".
He said, "I've heard reports about racism, which were not heard during the game."
"Everyone is aware of what we stand for as a group, and that's totally unacceptable. It was reported. The head of security spoke to the players and took their statements. It will be dealt with in the appropriate channels.
"The world is modernizing and while some people remain stuck in their thinking and prejudices, they will be the dinosaurs at the end because the environment is changing."
