Amazon is reportedly planning to release an Amazon-branded TV as soon as October

According to Insider, Amazon will soon release Amazon-branded TVs in the US as early as October. Insider claims that the TVs will feature Alexa and screen sizes ranging from 55 to 75 inches and will be manufactured by third parties like TCL. Insider reports that the company is working on a TV made in-house. However, it's not clear when this might be available.
Amazon already has many fires in the pan. It partners with Best Buy TVs to sell Toshiba and Insignia TVs. Insignia TVs run Amazons Fire TV software. AmazonBasics TVs are available in India. You can also hook up the Amazon Fire TV Stick or Amazon Fire TV Cube to your TV. This rumored Amazon-branded TV may indicate that Amazon is increasing its TV efforts to compete with TV giants LG and Samsung.

Amazon did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
