You have the option of taking full, partial or window screenshots.
Screenshots can be found in your Downloads folder or on your clipboard.

While new tablets and computers have many perks (such as crisper screens and faster processing speeds), it can be difficult to get used to the tablet and computer. Even something as simple and straightforward as taking a picture can seem confusing if you are new to Chromebook.
Here are the essentials to help you get it done.
How to take a screenshot of Chromebook
To take screenshots, you can use either keyboard shortcuts or Screen Capture to capture them.
Use keyboard shortcuts
Full-screen screenshot: Control + Show Windows Key (it looks like an oval with two lines on its right side).
Control + Show Windows key (it appears as a rectangle with two lines to the right) Partial screenshot (opens Screen Capture tool). Control + Shift + Display Windows key
(opens Screen Capture Tool): Control + Shift + Display Windows key Window screenshot (opens Screen Capture Tool): Control + Alt + Show Windows Key
(Opens the Screen Capture Tool): Control + Alt+ Show Windows key. To access more screenshot options (opens Screen Capture Tool): Shift + Control+ Show Windows key, then choose a screenshot option from your toolbar

Try Screen Capture
The Screen Capture tool is capable of taking screen recordings and screenshots. Here's how you can capture your screen with the Screen Capture Tool once you are ready to take your screenshot.
1. The clock is located at the bottom-right corner. To expand the menu completely, you may need to click on the up-carrot.
2. 2.) Select Screen Capture Tool. It has an icon that looks similar to a circle within square.

3. Click the Camera icon if it isn't highlighted in the Screen Capture Menu.
4. Click one of the three options at the top of the Screen Capture menu to select the type of screenshot you wish.
Left: Fullscreen. All of your screen will be captured.

How do you find your screenshots?
Screenshots can be saved to your clipboard automatically and copied anywhere you like. These screenshots can be found in your Downloads folder.
1. 1.Click the app launcher located at the bottom-left corner.
2. 2. Select the Files app.
3. Click on Downloads in the sidebar. The right side of your window will show a list of all the screenshots you have taken.
