Matthew Calamari Jr. will testify before a grand jury as part of the Trump Organization investigation.
Manhattan DA prosecutors sought the cooperation from the company executive.
His father, Matthew Calamari, the Trump Organization COO is still under investigation by authorities.

Matthew Calamari Jr. is the Trump Organization's corporate security director and is the son the chief operating officer. He is expected to testify before a grand jury in this week's Manhattan District Attorney's investigation into company finances.
Insider was told by Calamari Jr.'s attorney that he had been served with a subpoena. Calamari Jr., his father Matthew Calamari and the cooperation of Calamari Jr., have been sought by the prosecution for years. Matthew Calamari has worked for the Trump Organization since the 1970s. The subpoena was first reported by the Wall Street Journal.
"I won’t comment on specifics but if any of my clients is subpoenaed before the grand jury to testify, they have no other choice than to do so and will appear and give evidence truthfully," Nicholas Gravante who represents Calamaris told Insider. "They have done nothing wrong, and they have nothing to hide," I've said repeatedly.
According to The Journal, Jeffrey McConney is the Trump Organization's controller and will also testify before the grand jury.
Since 2019, the Manhattan District Attorney's Office has been conducting an investigation into Trump Organization's finances. It brought tax-related charges against Allen Weisselberg, the chief financial officer of Trump's former company, and his company. The Trump Organization's attorneys and Weisselberg pleaded not guilty.
The Journal reported that McConney was an unindicted anonymous co-conspirator in the August indictment. McConney, who had previously testified prior to the July indictments, was responsible for the preparation of Matthew Calamari's personal tax returns.

Grand jury rules will grant Calamari Jr. immunity in the probe for testimony and indicate that prosecutors won’t bring him to trial.
According to reports, the prosecution was looking into whether Matthew Calamari Jr. or Matthew Calamari Jr. did not pay proper taxes on corporate benefits such as apartments and cars. Gravante said that he is in discussions with the prosecutors about the taxes of the elder Calamari.
He stated that the tax treatment of his car and apartment was 100% justified, as both were essential for his job. He said that he doesn't believe anyone could charge him with a crime for acting in good faith. He worked with law enforcement every day, 365 days a calendar. He is a role model citizen.
