Chelsea was upset that Reece James had to be sent off at half-time because he conceded a penalty.
The Football Association has charged Chelsea with failing to manage their players during their 1-1 Premier League draw against Liverpool.
This charge refers to two incidents that occurred before the break, when Reece James was sent away and Liverpool were given a penalty.
Blues goalkeeper Edouard Mendy was also arrested as were Antonio Rudiger, defender.
Thomas Tuchel, Chelsea's boss, later stated that he was not happy with the officiating.
After a quick glance at the pitchside monitor, referee Anthony Taylor issued the penalty and dismissed James.
