According to Android Police, a leaked image from a backend that mentions a Google Pixel 23W Wireless Stand has suggested that Google could be developing a new wireless charging station for its Pixel phones. This name implies that the charger can support wireless charging at 23W. If Google releases this stand, it is likely that the new Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro will also support 23W charging.
If accurate, this wireless charging speed would exceed the iPhone 12's maximum 15W wireless charging using a MagSafe charger. It also surpasses the 10W wireless charging offered the original Pixel Stand (which can still be purchased on Googles online shop). Google has not responded to a request to comment.
In August, the company released the first details on the Pixel 6 Pro and Pixel 6 Pro. These devices look promising, especially with the new Google-designed Tensor technology on a chip. 23W wireless charging may make them even more appealing. Google intends to release these phones in the fall. If this charging stand is true, it's likely that it will be released alongside them.
