Monday's tragic update was provided by the actress, who said that the 11-month old had died. She also posted a tribute video in his memory. His DOB was Sept. 8, 2020 and his death Aug. 30, so the child was only a week away from his first birthday.

Although it is not clear what caused River's organ failure, it was evident that he needed immediate life-saving measures. Sharon posted a picture of River hooked up to a number of tubes at the hospital asking for prayers.
