I live on the road full-time in a 27-foot RV. Here are the 15 things I always buy at Costco.

I travel in an RV, and love to shop at Costco.

I keep an eye out for toilet paper, seltzer and mushrooms as well as coffee and cans of salmon.

My top picks include Dave's Killer Bread and Beyond Burgers. Butter chardonnay is also a favorite.

I have been shopping at Costco for many years, but I was unsure if I should keep it when I moved out of my home and into a motorhome in 2020.

Costco membership was definitely worth it. Jordan Kuntz

When I started living on the road, there was so much to think about.

Could I justify paying the membership fee? (Yes!) (Yes!) (Yes!) (Yes!) (Also yes)

My annual membership is worth the savings on propane and gas. I am also happy to report that Costco locations are easily found within 30 minutes from any of the RV parks I've stayed in.

Rao's pasta sauce is the best you can find - even Ina Garden thinks so.

Rao's marinara is worth every cent.

Ina Garten only approves this store-bought sauce.

Rao's jars can easily cost over $8.00 at a grocery shop, while Costco has two 28-ounce containers for only $10.79.

Costco memberships may be worth it if you purchase a lot of gasoline like we do.

Last time we filled up our tanks, Costco charged us 10 cents per gallon less than the gas station across the street.

We saved $5.50 by using our Lazy Daze RV to hold 55 gallons of gasoline. You can see how quickly these savings add up. We average 7 to 8 MPG.

You should not buy your propane from Costco if you own an RV. Jordan Kuntz for Insider

Costco sells propane at $2.66 per gallon. This is incredible considering that we paid $4.00 per gallon elsewhere for our 17-gallon tank.

These savings are not only for RV owners.

Costco fills the same tank at $12.53, but it can cost more than $20 to exchange an empty tank with a new one at any station.

Kirkland's extra fancy mix nuts are my favorite Costco purchase.

This is my favorite snack. It's not just fancy, it's even more fancy. Jordan Kuntz for Insider

What do you do when you go to the grocery store and find that it contains 90% peanuts and 10% of other nuts? Costco's mixed nuts are not like that.

This mixture contains all the fancy nuts such as cashews and almonds, brazil nuts and macadamias.

Only $13.99 for a 40-ounce jar

Bitchin' Sauce is made with nuts and it's my new obsession.

This chipotle bitchin' sauce is addictive.

It's vegan, gluten free, certified organic (meaning that it's not GMO), and most importantly, it tastes freaking delicious. It's great on sandwiches and as a dip. You can also drizzle it over protein bowls.

The cost of a 24-ounce container is $6.99

Costco sells amazing mushrooms, and you can buy a lot for as low as $5.

These mushrooms can also be used in pasta dishes. Jordan Kuntz for Insider

Costco has the best mushrooms, and I buy them in bulk to use in my pizzas or pastas.

We celebrated Thanksgiving last year in our RV. Instead of stuffing a turkey, we used Costco stuffed mushrooms. I took out the stems and filled them with garlic-and herb Boursin cheese (also from Costco) for eight minutes.

The cost of a 24-ounce box of organic babybella whole mushrooms is $5.49

Kirkland canned salmon is always in my fridge.

It is always a good idea to keep non-perishable, stable food such as Kirkland's wild caught Alaska salmon in your pantry. This is a great source for protein and doesn't require refrigeration. It's also very convenient if your RV has a small fridge.

You won't believe how many times I have made salmon salad and served it with crackers. Simply drain the salmon from the can and mix it with mayonnaise and diced onion.

Costco sells six 6-ounce salmon cans for $16.49 and the packaging is charming.

Costco toilet paper is a great deal and safe to use in a bathroom.

Toilet paper brands can be different and some are not safe to use in a bathroom.

Kirkland bath tissue is a better choice than spending my hard earned money on "RV toilet tissue". It's half as expensive and septic-safe, so it won't break my bank or the black tank in my RV.

Each package includes 30 mega rolls at $16.49.

Costco's Spindrift is a great deal because it's the best tasting seltzer available.

Spindrift is the best sparkling water.

It's made from real squeezed fruits and has attracted a large following, including Kristen Bell (just look up her bucket cap for proof).

Costco offers a variety pack with 30 cans that comes in three flavors: raspberry lime, lemon, and my personal favorite, grapefruit.

Each variety pack costs $14.99 and is less than 50 cents per can.

Dave's Killer Bread is a favorite of mine and I love the thin-sliced version.

I always eat one loaf of bread fresh each time and then freeze the second. Jordan Kuntz for Insider

I love to make sandwiches, but I don't want to eat a lot bread. This is why Dave's Killer thin-sliced bread is my favorite.

Although the slices are very thin, they are still full of whole grains, seeds, protein, fiber, and other nutrients.

Two loaves are included in each package for $7.99. I freeze one loaf to save for later. This is a fantastic deal, considering that a loaf of bread can cost upwards to $5 in other stores.

Beyond Burgers is my solution to Meatless Monday.

The Beyond Burgers at Costco are a great way to reduce meat consumption. There are many plant-based burgers available, but the Beyond Burger is my favorite. It's close to real ground beef.

They taste and look almost exactly the same as the real thing. They are loved by even my carnivorous boyfriend.

Each box contains eight burgers, and each one costs $13.99

Seeds of Change offers the best microwavable rice available.

I love microwaveable rice. I also like the convenience of brown rice and quinoa from Seeds of Change.

It takes only 90 seconds to cook rice perfectly with just a little garlic. This is the ideal base for any type of rice bowl.

Seeds of Change claims it also donates a portion of its profits for school planting programs across the country. This is a mission that I really support.

Costco has always provided me with at least one package of microwavable Rice in my pantry, all for $10.79

Coffee is my favorite drink, so I always buy bulk coffee.

Costco has ensured that I don't run out of coffee.

Although most people will stick with one brand of coffee, I am open to trying any brand that sells organic beans in bulk.

Jose's Organic Mayan Mix was recently purchased by me and I was delighted with its rich flavor and smooth texture. $8.49 for a 2-pound 8-ounce bag

This is a great deal on this bottle of Butter Chardonnay.

Costco offers many varieties of wine. Jordan Kuntz for Insider

Costco is one the biggest wine retailers in the nation and offers many boozy deals.

The wine selection changes frequently, but I can still afford to buy different bottles than I would normally.

Recently, I bought a bottle JaM Cellars Butterchardonnay for $12.99. This is nearly half the price that I have seen advertised in other stores. This California chardonnay, rich and buttery, has been aged in oak.
