Hwang was unveiled by Wolves before Sunday's Premier League match with Manchester United
Wolves have signed Hwang Heechan, a South Korean forward from RB Leipzig, on a season-long loan deal with the option to purchase.
Hwang, 25, moved to Leipzig in 2020 from Red Bull Salzburg. However, he struggled to get a regular spot in the team and made only three Bundesliga starts.
Bruno Lage, the new Wolves boss, signs him as the sixth summer signing for the Wolves.
Scott Sellars, Wolves technical director, said that "He has a great pedigree having played Champions League football as well as at a World Cup."
He's got lots of power, speed and strength. We think he is a good addition to the team.
"Ultimately, we felt that it was an area of competition. So when someone becomes available on loan with his experience and quality, and he is eager to come, it becomes a thrilling opportunity. We are certain that he will add value to the group.
Hwang was a Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Bout Haaland, and Liverpool's Takumi minamino at Salzburg. He has 37 caps for South Korea including three at this year's World Cup.
