Lionel Messi, Kylian Mbappe, Neymar in PSG squad for trip to Reims

Paris Saint-Germain has included Lionel Messi in its squad for Sunday's Ligue 1 visit to Reims.
Messi, 34, signed two-year deals with PSG, with the option of a third after his contract with Barcelona expired. However, he has not featured in the squad since Aug. 10.

PSG forward Kylian Mabappe was included along with Brazil forward Neymar. He is currently the subject of transfer interest from Real Madrid.

Since winning the Copa America against Brazil in July 11, Messi hasn't played.

He is extremely motivated. "He's a great professional and adapts very quickly to his new teammates." Mauricio Pochettino, manager of PSG, said Saturday. He is adaptable to any league.

Oscar Garcia's Reims are yet to experience defeat in this season, but the ex-Batalan player and academy coach is not afraid of the danger Messi poses.

He said, "Nobody has ever found the formula or the method to stop him as an individual." "I would have preferred to not face him, as it would mean that his Barcelona is still there!"

It's a positive sign for the French league that the best players around the world can attend this league, in this case the best in France. It's a challenge for me and my players to play against the best European team, and in the entire world.
