Slavia Prague defeated Leicester in the 32nd round of last season's Europa League.
In Group C of 2021-22 Europa League, Leicester will take on Napoli, Spartak Moscow, and Legia Warsaw.
In Group H, West Ham will face Genk, Dinamo Zagreb and Rapid Vienna.
The Scottish champions Rangers were drawn against Lyon and Sparta Prague in Group A. Celtic are in Group H with Bayer Leverkusen and Real Betis.
Tottenham will face Vitesse, Rennes and NS Mura from Slovenia in the Europa Conference League.
The first match of the group stage will be held on Thursday 16 September. The final round of fixtures is scheduled for 9 December.
The final of the Europa League will be held in Seville's Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan on Wednesday, 18 Mai. The first Europa Conference League final will be held at Tirana's Air Albania Stadium on Wednesday, 25 Mai.
To qualify for the Europa League, Leicester finished fifth last year. West Ham came in at number six to secure their place on the group stage.
The Foxes reached 32 in the Europa League last season, but lost 2-0 aggregate to Slavia Prague who eliminated Rangers.

Before the draws were made Gerard Moreno, forward for Villarreal, was named Europa League Player of Season 2020-21 ahead Manchester United duo Bruno Fernandes & Edinson Cavani.
