According to reports, military and law enforcement officials are outraged that the United States provided the Taliban with a list listing the names of American and Afghan allies who should be evacuated.

Politico reported Thursday that American officials in Kabul gave the Taliban a list containing names of green card holders, Afghan citizens and Afghan allies, to allow them entry to the militant-controlled airport's outer perimeter. This was done to "expedite" evacuation efforts, but the report claims that lawmakers and military officials have expressed outrage at the move.

A defense official said to Politico that they had simply put all the Afghans on a "kill list." It's shocking, appalling, and makes you feel dirty.

According to Politico, this was discussed during a classified Capitol Hill briefing. Politico reports that the meeting became contentious as officials from Biden's administration defended coordination with the Taliban. An American official told Politico that the Taliban had control of everything outside the airport because of the security situation that the White House created. This revelation comes after at most 12 U.S. soldiers and 60 Afghans were killed in an assault outside Kabul's airport on Thursday. The Politico report further criticizes the Biden administration.

Guy Benson, Townhall editor, tweeted "I am at loss." "How the f--- can this have been possible?" This is a hit list. We reportedly gave it to them." You can read more about Politico.
