The Galaxy Watch 4 Classic is the result of all the hard work Samsung and Google put into reimagining Wear OS. Since 2014, all Samsung Galaxy smartwatches have been running Tizen. This is a welcome change for Android smartphone enthusiasts. The Galaxy Watch 4 Classic retains all the great features that Samsung smartwatch owners have loved for years. Wear OS allows users to access Google Services, including apps, by switching to it. The watch comes in two sizes: 42mm and 46mm. Both sides have the familiar rotating bezel that allows for navigation. Samsung has also added new health features to the Galaxy Watch 4 Classic and a powerful, in-house developed processor. The BioActive sensor now offers heart rate monitoring, blood oxygen saturation monitoring, and ECG readings for fitness tracking. The sensor can now give BIA readings to measure skeletal muscle and fat percentage. These parts combine to make a beautiful device that will appeal to both smartwatch and traditional watch lovers. Some of the Google Services like Google Assistant aren't yet available, but they will soon. The pros: Outstanding performance
A wide range of fitness features
A physical rotating bezel is a wonderful option
Google Services and Apps now available in Wear OS 3.
Pros: Durable stainless steel construction
Prices high

Samsung's new smartwatches were announced by the company in 2021. It decided to update all its existing offerings in one go when it made its announcement. The Galaxy Watch 3 was updated as well as the fitness-focused Galaxy Watch Active 2. The new Galaxy Watch 4 replaces that watch. You can choose from a 40mm or 44mm size. The lightweight, yet sturdy aluminum body of the Galaxy Watch 4 will not make you feel bloated while you're working out. The smartwatch's 5ATM, IP68 and MIL-STD-810G durability ratings will keep you safe whether you're running, lifting, running, diving or any other of the 90 sport modes it supports. The advanced BioActive sensor will keep the watch in sync with your movements. It will also track your heart rate and SpO2 levels. ECG readings can be taken, as well as measuring your skeletal muscle and body fat percentages. This smartwatch, like the Galaxy Watch 4 Classic has the new Wear OS 3. You will be able to access all the top Wear OS apps and other Google Services. The Galaxy Watch 4 Classic doesn't feature a rotating bezel, but it will have one. It uses a capacitive design to do the job, but it can be finicky at times, especially if your fingers get wet. The pros: This is a lightweight tool that's great for working out.
Advanced features for health tracking
Minimal design
Google Services and Apps Access
Pros of approachable pricing: The capacitive rotating bezel is finicky.
Google Services is not all available.

Samsung has shifted to a more refined design philosophy with its Galaxy Watch 3, after focusing on its smartwatches that are more focused on fitness in 2019. It doesn't have any radical redesigns, so it will look familiar to those who are familiar with Samsung's smartwatches. It is lighter, thinner and smaller than the previous model, which makes it more attractive to a wider range of users. The casual, elegant look of the genuine leather band can be combined with the ease of attaching another. Although it's feature-rich, a few of the key features will require more time before they are approved in the US. SpO2 monitoring and VO2 Max monitoring will have a greater impact on the better sleep tracking performance. It runs on Tizen which is compatible with the rotating bezel that has been a hallmark of Samsung's smartwatches. SmartThings Find was added to the Galaxy Watch 3 with a recent update. This makes it easy to find it if it has been lost or misplaced. Unfortunately, although ECG (electrocardiogram), finally made it to the watch, blood pressure monitoring is only currently available in South Korea. Samsung continues to struggle with app support as it tries to attract more developers. This watch runs on an older Exynos 9110 processor, which was used in the Galaxy Watch Active 2 and Galaxy Watch Active 1. Although it is more expensive than other watches, the watch offers a wide range of options that make it the best Samsung watch. Pros: A refined look and feel
Smaller and lighter
Trip Detection in the event of a fall
Better sleep tracking
Workout routines for home
SmartThings: Cons of compatibility: The U.S. has not yet seen blood pressure
Older Exynos processor
App support needed
Still pricey

Samsung's value smartwatch, the Galaxy Watch Active 2, is Samsung's Galaxy Watch Active 2. You get all the software and fitness features from the Galaxy Watch 3 for a lower price. The differences between the two watches are not too stark considering they were released six months after the original Galaxy Watch Active. Samsung has been using physical rotating bezels in its smartwatches for many years. However, by eliminating it from the original Active model, they moved away from the standard navigation input method. The Galaxy Watch Active 2 brings it back in a unique manner that provides haptic feedback when you touch it. Samsung also updated its previous Galaxy Watch Active to get the same functionality. The watch has 2.5GB of onboard storage and Spotify integration. This allows you to go running or to the gym by listening to music stored on your watch. Bluetooth headphones are also available. The GPS built-in is great for outdoor runs. However, it can drain your battery, so this watch might not last more than two days. This watch was originally meant to have both blood pressure monitoring as well as an ECG. However, only ECG is available in the U.S. at this time.
Water-resistant and sweat-resistant
Touch bezel with tactile feedback
Track your exercise and other workouts
Spotify playback cons: Blood pressure is not available
Batteries won't last for as long
The model has minor upgrades over its older counterpart.
