The photo of Ashli Babbitt on her driver's licence from Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) was provided to AP via the Calvert County Sheriff's Office.
In a televised interview, the police officer who shot and killed a woman in the pro-Trump invasion at the U.S. Capitol will reveal the identity of the man he was. It will air on Thursday evening.

Interview with Lester Holt on NBC Nightly News at 6:30 p.m. ET will air three days following the announcement by the U.S. Capitol Police Department that it would not discipline this officer after an internal investigation into the Jan. 6 shooting.

The Department of Justice had previously stated that it would not bring criminal charges against the officer. His identity has not been revealed.

Ashli Babbitt (35-year-old Air Force veteran) has promised to file a multimillion dollar lawsuit against the police and the officer who fired her gun.

CNBC did not receive a response from a lawyer representing Babbitt's relatives regarding the interview.
