OnlyFans says never mind, it actually won’t ban porn on October 1st

OnlyFans, a video and image sharing website, announced in a sudden tweet that it had reversed its shocker announcement about banning sexually explicit content. The company stated that it has received assurances to support its diverse creator community, and therefore suspended the October 1 policy change. OnlyFans is a company that stands for inclusion. We will continue to be a home for all creators.
This is just one day after the CEO of Mastercard stated in an interview with Financial Times that the ban was due to problems with its banking partners and not Mastercard, as some thought.

The OnlyFans creators are now faced with a dilemma. Many of them had begun to delete content that was in violation of the policy and started moving their subscribers to new platforms. They have two options: they can stick with the partner that made billions hosting content by sex workers or leave the partner that sold them out when times got tough.
