Sonya Curry, Steph and Seth Curry’s mom, says her estranged husband Dell Curry cheated with her while she was married... and she couldn't choose but to divorce him.
However, Dell is telling a different story... claiming that Sonya cheated during their relationship.
TMZ Sports reported the news... Sonya, 55 years old, filed for divorce in North Carolina on June 14, citing Dell's "marital misconduct."
Dell countered with a court filing, accusing Sonya "acts illicit sexual misconduct" before their separation and then lying about the incidents.
He claims that she is living with another man now, and should therefore prevent her from receiving alimony.
Sonya now has a retort: she admits to being in a relationship with another man but it started months after she and Dell had separated legally.
She also noted that she is not living with the man... but alone because Dell refused her permission to stay at their house.
Then she said that it was Dell who had been unfaithful and was hooking up while married to other women.
Sonya claims that Dell's infidelity was well-kept secret to close friends and family.
Sonya says she didn't expose the lurid details at first, but "in one last act of trying to preserve [Dell] from possible public exposure.
Sonya claims that Dell once publicly accused her of being unfaithful and she was left with no other choice but to defend herself.
