Nirvana, Kurt Cobain's Estate Sued by Baby On 'Nevermind' Album Cover

The Nirvana baby, seen on the famous "Nevermind", album artwork, is now all grown up and suing the band.
Spencer Elden, a man claiming to be the naked baby famously photographed in a pool on Nirvana’s 1991 album cover, is suing the band, the surviving members, and Kurt Cobain's estate 30 years later.

A federal lawsuit has been filed against Elden. TMZ obtained a copy of the suit. Elden claims that he did not consent to the use of his image on the album artwork back in the day because he was only 4-months-old.... And his legal guardians also didn't consent.

Elden is going further... in his suit, Elden claims that the image is child pornography. Elden also claimed that the band promised to cover his genitals using a sticker, but it wasn't included on the album cover.

According to Elden's docs, Kurt, Dave Grohl, and the rest of his band failed to protect him from sexual exploitation... and that he suffered lifelong injuries after having his naked baby body plastered onto a well-known album.

Elden is going after Kurt's estate, the band and other people for damages... and he wants each of them to pay at least $150,000
