American AAdvantage has partnered with World of Hyatt to offer reciprocal points earning and some reciprocal targeted status options. Although the two programs just launched their latest promotion for 2019, it will be those from outside the United States that will reap the benefits.
1,000 bonus AAdvantage Miles per Hyatt Stay
American AAdvantage members and World of Hyatt members can earn 1,000 bonus AAdvantage points per eligible stay with Hyatt. However, this is only available in certain regions.
This applies to stays between September 3rd and December 19th, 2021
Only properties in Europe, Africa and the Middle East are eligible. Small Luxury Hotels of the World properties cannot be included in the offer.
