According to CoinDesk, the daily sales volume of CryptoPunks NFTs reached a record on Monday.
The digital art collection's sales volume has risen 881% in the past 30 days to $461 million.
A Zombie CryptoPunk was sold on Tuesday for $5.3 Million, making it the fourth-most expensive CryptoPunk in the 10,000-strong collection.

According to CoinDesk (which cited industry tracker CryptoSlam), Monday's daily sales volume for CryptoPunks reached a record $86 Million.
The CryptoSlam reports that CryptoPunks' sales volume has increased by 881% in the past 30 days to $461 million.
On Tuesday, a single Zombie CryptoPunk was sold for 1,600 Ethereum, or $5.3 Million. CryptoPunk #7252, the fourth most valuable CryptoPunk, is also the highest value in the rare green-faced category of zombies. Original price for the NFT was $2.5 million. This is more than double their initial investment.
Although most of the 10,000 CryptoPunks aren't sold in the seven-figure range, the art collection's NFTs sell for more than the average project. Visa paid $150,000 for CryptoPunk #7610 Monday.
The purchase by the banking giant is an indication of widespread interest in non-fungible token spaces.
The head of Visa's crypto department said that NFTs could be a powerful accelerator for the creator economy, and lower the barrier for individuals creatives to make a living from digital commerce.
