Manchester United will intensify their pursuit for Declan Rice from West Ham United, according to reports. The club is prepared to offer cash and a player-swap in order to secure a deal.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer suggested recently that Jesse Lingard wasn't available for a transfer. However, The Mirror reports that the club is willing to offer Lingard as a makeweight in exchange for Rice.
After a stellar season at the London Stadium, he was a target for Hammers this summer. He helped the club qualify for Europa League after it finished in sixth.
David Moyes wants to keep his star defensive player on board. However, recent reports indicate that the 22 year-old is looking for a new challenge after rejecting contracts from the club.

Negotiations between Tottenham Hotspur (Juve) have started with Nuno Espirito Santi's side eager to make a deal for Weston McKennie. Calciomercato reports that the Premier League club has enquired about McKennie in regards to a possible loan move. According to reports, Massimiliano Allegri, Juventus manager, would allow McKennie to go but Turin would prefer a permanent deal with the star of the United States men’s national team.
Fiorentina is looking to strengthen their defensive line with the Italian club eager on Zeki Celik. According to Le 10 Sport, the Serie A club has made moves to try and recruit the Turkey international right back. The 24-year old played a crucial role in Lille's Ligue 1 title victory last season. He scored five goals in 28 starts as defender.
Internazionale has added another name to their shortlist as they continue to search for Romelu Lukaku. Calciomercato reports that Andrea Belotti has been closely monitored by the club as they try to strengthen their squad before the transfer window closes. According to the report, the Nerazurri have turned their attention towards the Torino after talks for Joaquin Correa stopped over Lazio's asking prices of 30 million. From 33 starts in Serie A, Belotti directly contributed to 19 goals last year.
According to The Telegraph, Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy has said that he is ready to turn down any further offers for Harry Kane. Manchester City had been interested in the forward all summer but it seems that Levy would not be able to refuse a 150m offer to keep Kane's forward in North London. Kane was a part of the Premier League clash against Wolverhampton Wanderers last weekend, where he was greeted positively by Spurs fans.
Gianluca Di Marzio reports that Lazio are close in reaching an agreement with Toma Basic, a Croatian midfielder. The Ligue 1 star will join Lazio on a deal worth 7m plus bonuses if Lazio qualify for next season's Champions League. Bordeaux's 24-year-old star plays in the middle of the field and was a key starter since his arrival, with 34 league appearances last year.
