Harry Kane, Tottenham's striker, has traveled with the squad to Sunday's match against Wolves (14.00 GMT).

Kane, 28 years old, has been linked to Manchester City. Manchester City is believed to be open to signing Kane.

Spurs beat City last Sunday to keep England's captain out of their Premier League opener.

He also missed Thursday’s Europa Conference League loss at Pacos de Ferreira, a Portuguese side.

After a break from Euro 2020, Kane didn't show up at Spurs as he was initially expected. However, he later stated that he had "never refused" to train and would return to the club exactly as planned.

Although he believes he has a gentleman’s agreement with Daniel Levy for this summer's departure, the Spurs chairman has not yet entered into negotiations.

Nuno Espirito Sante, Spurs manager, has refused to speculate on Kane's future. He said that Kane trained on Friday. He did a good job. Tomorrow he will train and we will make a decision tomorrow."

"I am so sorry that I keep repeating the same things, but this is how we work. It's day to day.

He said that Kane was kept in touch with him personally "everyday".

Pep Guardiola, City boss, confirmed Kane's interest on 6 August.

Raul Jimenez, Wolves' striker, could make his competitive debut at Molineux in just nine months. He has been recovering from a skull fracture last weekend.

Yerson Moquera and Willy Boly, defensive duos, remain out of action with hamstring injuries.

After the European defeat, a host of Spurs players are expected to return.
