The ad mentions a limit of five, which means you can only purchase up to $1,000 per day per store. These purchases will earn you 5X/5% on cards like the Chase Ink Plus and Ink Cash. You may also be allowed to ask for multiple transactions or visit multiple stores despite terms. However, that is obviously YMMV.
Spend the Mastercards
These Mastercards can be used anywhere Mastercard is accepted. Although I have heard of people having issues with the coding at Walmart, these Mastercards work in some locations and can be used as credit if they are being used to purchase normal products.

Conclusion
This is a great deal, especially since 5X deals have been vanishing. With a limit of 5 cards, this is one of our favorite deals.
