Fred Goldman still wants to collect the huge judgment against O.J. Simpson... because the father of Ron Goldman just got an order from a judge to ask Fred's lawyers questions about his assets.
The court docs show that a Nevada judge ordered Simpson to meet Fred's lawyers to discuss the ex-Heisman Trophy recipient's funds, property, and employment.
According to the docs, Simpson must appear in court on Sept. 16, and if he fails to do so, a bench warrant could be issued for his arrest.
All of this seems to be Fred's attempt to collect the money Simpson owes to the Goldman family.
O.J., aged 74, was previously reported. After Ron's death, O.J. was sentenced in 1997 to $33.5 million. Interest has since inflated that number to $70 MILLION.
Fred argued that O.J. was released from prison in 2018. Fred argued that O.J. was released in 2018 from prison after being held for an armed robbery in 2007. He's now making money again, but not enough to satisfy the judge.
