Travis Barker Flies on First Airplane Since Deadly Crash

Travis Barker experienced a historic day. He flew for the first time in 13 years after the fatal plane crash that left 4 people dead and left him with 3rd-degree burns on 65% of his body.
Travis and GF Kourtney Kardashian boarded a plane at L.A. on Saturday... it was a frightening moment for the Blink-182 drummer, who had vowed to never fly again following the crash that claimed the lives of Chris Baker and Charles "Che", his close friends. DJ AM survived the crash, but died from an overdose a year later.

Travis seemed nervous. He and Kourtney were on their way to Cabo with Kris Jenner, Cory Gamble and Cory Gamble. Travis arrived an hour late. Although it's not clear if Travis was delayed or having second thoughts, it is certain that it was gut-wrenching.

Travis had been terrified of flying for years before the accident. He called his father just before he boarded the plane and expressed concern about the experience. He had previously vowed to never fly again but he changed his mind and suggested he might give it another go.

Travis went through multiple surgeries and had to have skin grafts. He also spent many months in a burn unit, in great pain. So getting back on a plane must have been terrifying and emotionally draining.
