Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham will fly to Italy to undergo a medical, before she completes a 34m move in Roma.

The representatives of England's internationals were in discussions with the Serie A club and reached a deal with Chelsea this weekend.

Romelu Lukaku was resigned by Chelsea to Inter Milan for 97.5m.

The deal for Abraham, Chelsea's joint top scorer, is understood to include a buyback clause of 68m.

However, that can't happen until Jose Mourinho's 23-year-old Chelsea academy graduate has played two seasons in his team.
