Kelly Clarkson has just won a bitter divorce case. Sources tell TMZ that she wants to move forward to sell her Montana ranch. But, there is a flies in the ointment. It's her estranged husband.TMZ reported that Kelly Blackstock signed a prenup with Brandon Blackstock. Brandon was a strong fighter in the trial. However, the judge upheld Kelly's prenup. This basically states that what she earned during her marriage and what he acquired are solely hers.Kelly, who makes $15 million a month compared to Brandon's $10k per month, purchased the ranch. She can do whatever she likes with it. We know that she wants to sell. Kelly's lawyer Laura Wasser (disso queen) filed papers asking for permission from the judge to sell the ranch. However, Brandon's lawyers opposed the request, arguing that any sale would be premature because there had been no ruling on the prenup. Now there is a prenup ruling. Brandon does not own any interest in the property and Kelly wants it to be sold. The fly in the ointment. Brandon remains firmly rooted in Montana, making it difficult to sell. If Brandon isn't making showings available, a realtor could have serious trouble selling.Kelly could then go back to court to set the ground rules for the sale of the ranch. This would include how often it can and how much notice Brandon should receive. A judge could also order Brandon to leave.
