Kenneth Petty and Nicki Minaj are being sued by the woman she was convicted of trying rape in 1995. She claims she is being harassed, especially after refusing Nicki's offer to change her story.Jennifer Hough was Jennifer Hough's victim in Petty’s 1995 conviction for attempted first-degree rape. This is why he must register as a sexual offender. He was recently pleaded guilty to not having registered and was originally charged with the offense.According to Hough, in new legal docs obtained by TMZ Nicki and Kenneth harassed her. She claims they threatened her with retaliation and have caused her emotional distress.According to Hough, this began after Petty and Minaj started dating in late 2018. Minaj is alleged to have made comments about Petty being "wrongfully charged" and claimed Hough had retracted her story. This she denies.In March 2020, Petty was detained for not being registered as a sex ofender. Hough claims that Minaj called her and offered to fly her with her family to Los Angeles in return for her recanting the rape allegations against Petty and helping him out.Hough claims she declined, and that her family was subject to "an onslaught" of harassing phone calls and unsolicited visits within days. She claims Nicki offered $500k in exchange for her recanting the rape accusations against Petty.According to Hough, Nicki sent lawyers to her house to pressurize her into changing her story. She began to feel unsafe and panicked at the thought of being harassed at her home.Hough claims that she fled her home in August 2020 after receiving a $20k cash bribe and another threat to her safety.She is suing Kenneth and Nicki for harassment, intentional infliction and witness intimidation... and suing Petty for sexual attack related to the 1995 conviction.
