You can also hear Tim Kitzrow, the original NBA JAM commentator, yell "HE'S ON FIRE!"NBA Jam A throwback to the golden age of arcade games on the Play Store. NBA Jam is a nostalgic treat that's also very good. $5 on Google Play StoreMLB 9 Innings 20Nine Innings 2020 builds on the franchise’s outstanding graphics and gameplay. It features all 30 MLB baseball ballparks and more than 1,700 players, carefully rendered in 3D to give an authentic gaming experience. You can play in multiple ways with one-handed controls. You can choose to play offense or defense, or have the game autoplay. You can play against other players around the globe in the Ranked Battle and Clutch Hits modes. You can also choose to stick with the League Mode, whichever interests you. You'd expect microtransactions to be available. There are a variety of player packs available, starting at $99.99. These packs offer different levels of players and gear. You can also upgrade existing players by purchasing a Grade Increase ticket. To increase FOMO, time limitations such as "Players of the month" for the Preferred Pack can be applied. This is the best Android baseball game.MLB 9 Innings 20 This Android game is for those who love baseball. You can choose from a variety of modes, and you have many options for how you play. The biggest problem with eFootball PES 2020 is its freemium status. It's also a large download. Like many other games in its genre, eFootball PES 2020 includes a wide variety of microtransactions. MyClub Coins are available for purchase at $0.99 to $99.99. You can also get additional Coins through the usual bundle deals. These Coins allow you to recruit better players faster, sign better managers and borrow players from others for longer. Squad packs like Manchester United can be purchased to ensure that you always have the most current players for your in-game team.Kick HeroKick Hero is one of my favorite games on this list. It combines a side-scrolling brawler and a sports game. Although the last descriptor is a bit loose, it's true that the game involves people kicking soccer balls at each other. It's funny and worth a try. Tap the screen when the ball hits the circle to score combos. You can kick fireballs and drop lightning. Kick Hero has boss battles and a great art style. To remove ads and unlock new characters, you can spend $1.99. You can also earn coins while playing the game to unlock more goodies. Kick Hero is a fun game. You can remove the ads and unlock the DLC characters at will.Kick Hero Kick Hero is a side-scrolling brawler that meets a sports game. It's actually more of the latter, but it's still a lot of fun. Google Play Store: Free with ads and IAPsMotorballMotorball is our closest competitor to Rocket League on Android. You aim to use the RC car that you control to launch a huge soccer ball into the goal of your opponent while protecting your own. Although it's smaller than Rocket League, it's perfect for mobile gaming. Motorball's cartoony graphics and simple gameplay make it easy to learn but not difficult to play. Although it's still in beta, I didn't find any bugs or kinks. Motorball is a free-to play game that allows you to buy in-game currency through microtransactions. You can buy cosmetics such as new cars, wind-up keys and other boost trails or decals. Motorball is not soccer, but it has the spirit of the game. You can score on your opponent or on yourself, and it's a great way to spend some time.Motorball (Beta). Motorball takes the spirit of Rocket League, and makes it wildly enjoyable on the touchscreen. You use an RC car with a soccer ball to push a giant soccerball into your opponent's goal. Get IAPs for free at Google Play StoreOpen Game in AustraliaSource: Google Play StoreThis is the best Android tennis game I have ever seen. This free title was developed by Big Ant Studios to promote the Australian Open. It offers a surprising number of gameplay options. You can play a short match, beat the tournament to unlock other Grand Slam events, or go into career mode with your personalized player. You can adjust the default controls to position your player to return shots using swipes that are used to perform different shots. However, there are options for more advanced controls. All 2019 Australian Open players are also available. The career mode becomes more difficult the closer you get to winning.Australian Open Game: This is the best Android tennis game. You can create your own star player, and you can win. Google Play StoreMadden NFL21 Mobile FootballMadden NFL Mobile Football is the best American football game available on Android. The latest version includes a redesigned GM mode. This is the best way to play with and as your favorite NFL teams and players on Android. You get competitive play, dynamic seasons and new strategies to improve your gameplay. You can also play in co-op mode with your friends to help them out during their seasons. You're used to microtransactions. Madden Cash is the in-game currency. Gems are also available. Prices start at $4.99, and can go up to $99.99. This is not unusual. Cash can be used to buy in-game cards packs that unlock new players. Stamina can be purchased to allow you to play longer when you run out. It's all the normal stuff you'd expect from a freemium game, as I mentioned.Ted Ginn: Kick Return FootballKick Return Football is a great alternative to Madden if you don't like Madden but still enjoy American football action. It's an original and fun way to play American football. It reminds me of old handheld games like the '90s or '00s. You can draw and swipe your way into the endzone. The game was designed for touch controls and is easy to learn. Soon you will be managing your team, and beating your opponent to the victory. There are tournaments, and amazing rewards for wins and touchdowns. It still has some football strategy, which I enjoyed, even though I don't like it. Kick Return Football has microtransactions, many of which are pay-to-win. One that gives your team 21 points right away, and another that adds one point per touchdown. In-game earnings can be doubled. These seem like one-time purchases but they are not. You can also buy more in-game currency.Golf StarGolf Star is the best Android golfing game, with excellent graphics and intuitive controls. You can customize your golfer, and you can jump into Career Mode to learn and improve your skills. Although it will take some time to learn the intricacies and the proper way to read the greens and aim your shots, you'll soon master the game. There are also multiplayer modes like Tournament Mode and Goodwill Match Mode which allow you to compete against live opponents in one-on-1 competitions. This is a large game so make sure you have enough bandwidth and space to install it. You can buy Coins and GP to buy cosmetics that boost your stats, consumable items to make the game more enjoyable and VIP memberships that unlock new items every week.Golf Star Golf Star is the best Android golf game. Although it comes with ads and IAPs Golf Star has beautiful graphics and excellent golfing physics. Google Play Store: Free with ads and IAPsOK GolfOK Golf is a return to simpler arcade-style golf games. There are no complicated drills, clubs or tournaments. Drag the screen back, aim, then let the ball fly towards your destination. It's that simple. Although the graphics are simple, they look amazing. You will be hooked by the variety of courses and the easy gameplay. OK Golf was a good choice for me. I am not a great golfer and have never been one. It's very chill, and only a few dollars on the Play Store. You don't have to worry about any extra ads or IAPs.OK Golf OK Golf allows you to relax and send your golf balls off on any of the many wonderful courses. This premium game can only be purchased once. Google Play Store: $3The Hole is the Place to GrowSource: Google Play StoreGrow in the Hole, a minimalist game of golf, is where the ball gets bigger for each missed shot. The goal is to align the trajectory and strength for each shot and let it fly! You should make it to the hole. The bigger the ball, the more difficult things will be. You won't find much help from the wacky physics engine. This is a side-view, procedurally-generated game that's a ton of fun. You can also play it with your friends in local multiplayer. There are many ways to play Grow in the Hole. Some even have some weird modifiers that can change the outcome. This one is worth a shot.Grow in the Hole - This side-view "golfing” game lets you see how each missed shot makes the ball grow bigger. You should be ready for some wild and crazy situations. Google Play Store: FreeGrand Mountain Adventure: Snowboard PremiereGrand Mountain Adventure is like the spiritual successor of the 90s SkiFree. It offers endless, calming gameplay. The first mountain is yours to explore for free. You can also complete timed runs that unlock new ski lifts to allow you to access other areas. You can explore a lot on the first mountain alone, and even more on the other mountains. In-app purchases unlock seven more mountains and the ability to shred powder with a gnarly board. Grand Mountain Adventure, one of the most popular winter sports games on mobile, has a lot of content.Grand Mountain Adventure: Snowboard Premiere One of the most popular winter sports games for Android. The first mountain can be explored for free, but you will need to unlock the entire game for the full experience. Get the full game for free with IAPs from Google Play StoreSnowboard Party: World TourSnowboard Party: World Tour easily ranks among the top snowboarding games on the Play Store. The graphics are stunning, the soundtrack is pop-punk and the controls are very precise. You can also choose from four modes: Time-Attack (Freestyle), Big Air (Big Air), and Halfpipe. There is also a multiplayer mode that allows you to play against other players. You can master all the tricks and collect the various snowboards to earn the highest score. You can customize 16 snowboarders and upgrade them without spending a penny. However, in-app purchases allow you to speed up your progress, unlock more XP, get temporary boosters or remove ads. Snowboard Party can also be used with controllers.Snowboard Party World Tour is another great winter sports game for Android. There are tons of things to do and collect. Google Play Store: Free with ads and IAPsSkateboard Party 3 ProSkateboard Party 3 is a great place to visit for fans of classic Tony Hawk Pro Skater games. This is a throwback game to the classic skateboarding games that we all loved before everything went wrong. You have a few game modes to choose and the game mechanics and controls feel familiar. You have four minutes to explore eight locations, rack up huge scores, collect P-A–R-T-Y floating around, and discover other hidden items. Spending experience points can unlock things, which are earned by completing challenges or landing tricks. Another throwback to the good old days!Skateboard Party 3 Pro - If you remember the Tony Hawk skateboarding games growing up, Skateboard Party 3 Pro might be for you. You'll find plenty to see and do, as well as a lot of new experiences. $2 with IAPs on Google Play StoreBowling CrewI think the only Wii Sports game I have ever played was the bowling, and I learned how to do it without getting up. Bowling Crew is our next game. This is the best bowling game I have found on the Play Store. Bowling Crew is an amazing 3D bowling game. It's PvP-based. It offers plenty of progression to keep your interest as you progress. Through microtransactions and gameplay, you can unlock new bowling balls so that you always have something to look at while you're playing. It's fun and easy to learn, with lots of replayability. It wouldn't be a mobile-friendly game without microtransactions. The amount of chips you have earned (which you can also buy) determines your stamina meter. You can buy gold cases which unlock items such as new balls cards and chips. You can also purchase a variety of unlocks and boosters.Bowling Crew Bowling Crew is one of my favorite bowling games on the Play Store. It's a beautiful and enjoyable game. Google Play Store: Free with ads and IAPsFIE SwordplaySource: Google Play StoreHave you ever wanted to learn virtual fencing? FIE Swordplay is a game that only focuses on fencing. You'll find plenty of content as you learn real fencing techniques. The controls are easy to understand and make it simple to learn the game. FIE Swordplay offers both PvE and PvP campaigns to test your skills. Although I was not very skilled, I was able to find matches. You can customize your gear and appearance here. As you would expect in a free-to play game, microtransactions are available. These allow you to buy cosmetics in-game, but I found that these often left me with more currency than I had items to purchase in the game. Microtransactions are a nice touch, but they feel like an afterthought. For five dollars each, you can buy new skins like a knight and musketeer.FIE Swordplay FIE Swordplay is a great free-to-play strategy game. This is a great game for fencing fans. It has both PvE as well as PvP. Google Play Store: Free with IAPsPocket Run PoolPocket Run Pool is a new reimagining from the genius creators of Really Bad Chess. It's based on the classic billiards game we've been seeing in the Play Store over the years. It's still about sinking balls into various pockets. It's a more high-scoring game than standard pool. You can score by how you place a ball. This requires some strategy. Every pocket has a score, which changes with each shot. You can lose one life for every scratch. You can lose them all, and then it's over. It's a great way to play pool on your mobile device and is great for killing some time.Pocket Run Pool Get the highest score in this mobile version of pool. Every pocket has its own score, so try to get the highest score. You don't want it to be risky and you certainly don't want the reward. Google Play Store offers free w/ ads and IAPsTouchgrind BMX 2BMX games offer me the rare chance to fulfill my impossible dreams. I am an avid fan of X Games, but have zero talent for sweet stunts. Touchgrind BMX 2 lets you ride a bike without a driver through some insane environments. You can do as many crazy moves as possible using Touchgrind BMX’s two-finger controls. The touchscreen controls make this game great for mobile. You can customize your bike to fit your personal style with the bike customization options. The graphics are great and the large environments are a treat for the eyes. The audio quality is generally good and the soundtrack is acceptable. The OST was not my favorite, but it's just an opinion and not a criticism of the game's quality. Touchgrind 2 BMX is available for free on Android. However, you will have ads and in-app purchase. If you are a Play Pass subscriber you won't see any ads and can skip the IAPs. Touchgrind BMX 2 has been rated highly on Android. Fishing can be a very relaxing and almost meditative activity, or a hard-fought struggle between man, nature, and man. This is a real shame. Fishing Life is aware of what the game is about and chose to focus on a more relaxing approach to fishing. The game's minimalistic graphics and art style pair well with the low-key, acoustic soundtrack. This charming, but captivating game allows you to enjoy the passing of time, and watch the sunset transform into a starry night from your boat. Fishing Life lets you play as a man who is looking for an escape from his troubles and to relive the childhood memories of fishing with his dad. You can fish with a variety of boats, which are easy to use, and there are plenty of fish you can catch. Fishing Life has everything you need to catch fish, from small fishies to tuna to sharks to whales. This charming title comes with no ads or in-app purchase. Fishing Life is a great game for relaxing.Fishing Life Escape from the daily grind and get out into the open waters with Fishing Life. This relaxing game is easy to play with simple controls and good graphics. There are more fish than you can count and a great atmosphere. While it is easy to feel that way when you see the game, Nine Elements is actually a fun and exciting experience. Nine Elements is a fascinating way to play volleyball. It reminds me of the Tekken Ball mode in the Tekken fighting game. Nine Elements is a mix of volleyball and moves that have special abilities. It almost feels like a fighting game. Nine Elements features 16 characters with cartoon-like graphics and is an interesting contender in the world of sports games. You control your character using virtual touchscreen controls. Move your finger up and down to position them on the court. Drag your finger in various directions (upward left diagonal, straight right diagonal, upward right diagonal, etc.) to perform different types of hits such as spikes, power spikes and drop shots. To keep your court side in control, you can also protect yourself against enemy attacks. A special move gauge can be used to fire off two types of special attacks, depending on the amount of your special move gauge. One of these is your ultimate attack. Nine Elements appears to have lost all support from its developer despite its great popularity and high ratings. You won't receive any new characters or additional features as the last update was in 2016. However, Nine Elements is completely free of ads and in-app purchase, so it's worth giving it a shot.Nine Elements: Action Fight Ball Volleyball meets Fighting Game in Nine Elements, Action Fight Ball! You can unleash your best moves and compete on the court for supremacy. Google Play Store: Free with ads and IAPsBoxing StarBoxing Star, one of the best mobile boxing games, is simple to use, has many interesting features and offers some great gameplay. You can use touchscreen and intuitive virtual controls to dodge and protect your opponent's hands while executing your own straights and hooks. Staggering your opponent opens them up for a wild special attack. Story Mode matches will earn you in-game currency and new gear. You can change the appearance of your boxer and get all of the "swag" that comes with being a boxing superstar. You have the option to choose which ride you want, with whom you will roll, and where you live. Some of the best gear is available through PvP rewards. These are designed to encourage IAPs. You might win a package in a PvP match but can only open it after 5 minutes. The timers will increase in rank, which can be frustrating for those who are not patient. Boxing Star can be played for free, but you can purchase some items with real money. The game is awarded a bonus point for having an unusual feature, which allows you to disable IAPs. It is easy to disable them in the game settings menu. This is an excellent quality-of-life measure. Boxing Star is constantly improving with regular updates being made by the development team.
