UFC fighter Jordan Williams stopped a male from stealing his car and gave him a brief MMA lesson.Williams, aged 30, was driving his car in a Denver gas station parking lot when he saw a man run in and buy a drink. The UFC welterweight walked out of the station to see a man climb in the car's driver's seat and try to support it. Williams ran immediately to the vehicle, and eventually pulled the man out of his seat.Williams said that at first, he couldn't believe it. "And then, I was like, "Holy s ---, there is someone really in my vehicle.""So, I go up to the car and find a push-to start car. It won't start if I have my keys within five feet of it. It started to slow back up as I ran towards it. The look I saw through the window from this man was amazing.It didn't happen for this individual. Williams pulled the man from his car and hit him with kicks and punches. The car thief fled eventually.Williams stated, "I opened the doors and, it's hilarious, the first thing that I did was to throw the stuff that I bought on the passenger side," Williams added. "And then, I began to punch the man. He said, "OK, I'm sorry. I'm sorry." As he was getting out, I was able get down on him.Williams uploaded security footage from the encounter to his Instagram account on Thursday. Williams stated that the gas station is located between his home and work and that he frequents it.After a successful appearance on Dana White’s Contender Series, Williams signed with UFC in September. He is currently 0-2 in the UFC with losses to Mickey Gall and Nassourdine Imavov. He doesn't currently have a third fight. He trains at Factory X MMA in Denver.
