Jamie Spears has decided it is time to step down from Britney's conservatorship -- he said this in new legal documents -- and he would like to work with the court to ensure a smooth transition.Jamie's lawyer has filed legal documents in which he states that "there are no grounds for suspending or removing Mr. Spears as Conservator of Estate... it is highly debateable whether a change to conservator at this point would be in Ms. Spears’ best interests."He then lowers the boom. He must contest the unjustified Petition to his removal. However, Mr. Spears plans to work with his daughter's new lawyer to ensure a smooth transition to a new conservator.According to the doctors, "Regardless his formal title, Mr. Spears is Ms. Spears’ father. He will always love her unconditionally and will always look after her best interests."He then attacks Lynne Spears, claiming she had very little involvement in the conservatorship or Britney's 13-year-old life. Britney refused to see Lynne in 2019 while she was in a mental facility. This is what he claims undermines her credibility.Britney was in "crisis, desperately in need" 13 years ago. He did say that he saved her. To protect his daughter, Mr. Spears came running to her rescue.He claims he has never made her perform anything.Britney's lawyer Mathew Rosengart was not moved by Jamie's decision. He told TMZ... "We're pleased, but not necessarily surprised, that Mr. Spears' lawyer and he finally accept that he has to be removed." Their continued shameful and reproachful attacks on Ms. Spears, and other celebrities, is disappointing.
