NFL preseason Week 1 schedule: Games to watch, including Washington-Patriots, Steelers-Eagles

(1:23).The 2021 NFL Preseason was opened by the Dallas Cowboys & Pittsburgh Steelers with their Hall of Fame matchup. But preseason really starts this week as all 32 NFL teams will be on the field for Week 1.The preseason begins Thursday night with two games. The Washington Football Team travels to New England, while the Steelers take on the Philadelphia Eagles. The Julio Jones Bowl in Atlanta will host three more games, featuring the Tennessee Titans taking on Jones' former team, while Jones takes on the Atlanta Falcons. Although it is unlikely that Jones will face his former teammates again, it is possible.Saturday will host 10 games. The Denver Broncos will play the Minnesota Vikings on Saturday afternoon in a homecoming game for quarterback Teddy Bridgewater. Bridgewater was the Vikings' 2014 first-round pick and is currently competing with Drew Lock for the role of Broncos starting quarterback. Two of the NFL's newest stadiums will host their first games for fans. The Las Vegas Raiders will take on the Seattle Seahawks at Allegiant Stadium, while the Los Angeles Chargers will play at SoFi Stadium.The slate ends Sunday in Indianapolis when the Colts host Carolina Panthers.
