Here's the summary of the top news from today.The Galaxy Z Fold 3The Z Fold 3 appears to be taking significant steps to address the biggest issues with the series.Samsung didn't announce a new Note Series phone today, but rather added a stylus for the Fold family. The Z Fold 3 can be used with an S-pen that retracts so that the display is protected from excessive force.The display on the phone is now 80% stronger than the Folds, and it is also water-resistant. It has been strengthened and is now thinner and lighter than the predecessor.Even better, the price has been reduced to $1,800. Although the price is still high, the phone could be sold at a more affordable price in a few months. Pre-orders are open now and the phone will be available beginning August 27. It is not compatible with S-Pen and the 3,300 mAh battery is a bit concerning.The Z Flip 3 may be the first foldable phone that every day phone buyer will ever see. The Classic model is more traditional and has a silicone band.These watches are the first to run Wear OS on Samsung's. The OS's latest version promises to be smoother and more efficient than the previous versions thanks to a collaboration between Samsung and Google that will majorly optimize it.These watches are more reliable than the Apple Watch or most Android watches and can last up to 40 hours. However, we will have to test it in real life. The Classic model will cost $350, while the standard model is $250. Both models can be pre-ordered now and will be available on August 27.The Galaxy Buds 2Samsung wants to be the first company to offer true wireless earbuds at an affordable price. While the Galaxy Buds 2 will retail at $150, they include active noise cancellation, which is normally only available for $200+.Samsung claims these buds are the lightest yet, despite them having dual dynamic drivers. Three microphones are included on the board to provide clear call quality and low wind noise.
