United States, Chelsea star Pulisic to wear custom stars-and-stripes boots for UEFA Super Cup

He will be marking the new partnership in Belfast on Tuesday in the final clash between the Champions League and Europa League winners.The USMNT captain, John McLaughlin, announced his new deal Monday. A launch video was posted to social media that shows his journey as a child in Hershey Pennsylvania and this year, he is a European champion with his club, winning the CONCACAF Nations League alongside his country.Pulisic will wear a pair of Ultra 1.3 boots that he has customised, with his name on them, at Wednesday's Windsor Park game. They include the first two letters of the Puma logo, and the rest are graffiti-styled text. A "claw slash” graphic hides the U.S flag underneath the name.PumaThese boots were created in collaboration with Puma, renowned artist and customiser Silni. Silni has previously produced bespoke footwear for Neymar, Antoine Griezmann and Romelu Lukaku.Puma will help Pulisic with his community work. He hopes to increase soccer's popularity in Serbia by encouraging the next generation of players to try the game.He said, "Anyone who is passionate about soccer should be able play."
